Refunds
Devotion offered in doubt helps no one. If something has gone wrong, or you have simply changed your mind in time, we would rather return your money than hold it.

Before the seva is performed
You may cancel at any time before the ceremony date and receive a full refund. Write to [email protected] and we will process it; there is no form to fill in and no reason required.
After the seva is performed
Once the rite has been performed in your name it cannot be undone, and we do not refund it. You will have received the recording and the Seva Record as evidence that it happened.
If the recording never arrives, or what was performed does not match what you paid for, that is our failure and we will refund you in full.
If we cannot perform
If a date has to move and no alternative suits you, you receive a full refund. If we cannot perform at all, you receive a full refund without your having to ask.
How refunds are made
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually takes five to ten working days to show it.
